Marcus Smith kicked a last-gasp drop-goal as England produced their best display of the Steve Borthwick era to stun Ireland in a Six Nations thriller.
England trailed by two points after James Lowe’s late try before Smith chipped the ball over with the final act to send Twickenham into delirium.
George Furbank and Ben Earl both scored to hand England the lead before Lowe appeared to clinch Ireland the title.
England keep their faint title hopes alive while Ireland remain top.
