Babet has hit with winds of up to 70mph and more than a metre of rain in places. Figures from the Met Office revealed that Riverside Perth in Angus experienced 112mm rain, Invermark had 107mm, Forter, also in Angus, experienced 69mm, while Murton experienced 67mm.
